RIZEN represents growth and balance. The ‘RISE’ calls on us to explore new ideas with originality, determination and perseverance. While ‘ZEN’ represents a balanced response, delivering solutions that are practical, achievable and sustainable, honouring both human needs and environmental priorities.

Led by Founding Director and Interior Designer, Bradhly Le, RIZEN draws on Brad’s extensive experience designing workplaces, homes, hospitality, retail and public spaces. Brad blends the finest elements of each field to achieve remarkable design outcomes that authentically speak to his client’s vision.

Creativity is central to Brad’s philosophy. This goes hand-in-hand with his belief that with relentless determination and persistence, anything is possible. He has proven this time and again, innovating and winning awards on some of Australia’s most complex and highly accoladed workplaces and corporate campuses.

Brad looks to the ingenuity and resilience of nature as an endless source of inspiration, guiding RIZEN to achieve balance and equilibrium within all our projects. This approach also honours the fabric of the past while looking to the future, ensuring we create meaningful and lasting designs, done right the first time.

    Bradhly Le introduces a bold new voice to the Australian design scene, blending creative vigour with unwavering determination. Bradhly’s global, multi-sector expertise to deliver a highly personalised and boutique experience that aims to redefine the common industry standard.

    With over 20 years of experience as an interior designer, Bradhly has worked with some of Australia’s most globally renowned multi-disciplinary design firms. RIZEN Atelier embodies Bradhly’s vision for a studio rooted in the real world – one that pursues creative concepts and innovative ideas with originality, determination, and perseverance.

  • Carolina Velosa

    SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Carolina believes in creating spaces that improve the way people live and work and she has an unyielding determination to ensure that these spaces are also aesthetically beautiful for the intended occupants and visitors.

    What inspires Carolina most is respecting and honouring the site, having that guide, to inform her choices around planning and the overall design narrative. Carolina believes that this is fundamental in creating a successful and long-lasting project.

    SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Audrey thrives on storytelling and sees the design process as a sequence of chapters and a complete story from concept narration, detailed design and most importantly, how do all those elements come together and constructed on site.

    Audrey belives that every detail should have meaning and purpose, and she loves seeing how the smallest elements of a design can ignite the overall user experience.

    INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Angel is passionate about transforming ideas into tangible entities, using creativity and resourcefulness to shape the concepts in her mind into physical manifestations.

    Angel believes that creating engaging environments from brands, objects and interiors spaces for people to truly enjoy is the most rewarding part of design process and loves seeing these creations come to life for others to experience and appreciate.

    INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Matisse Bird has a genuine desire to create spaces that are long lasting, evoke emotions and provide unique perspectives for her clients and believes that spaces should be as individual as the people who occupy them.

    Matisse has a relentless desire to contribute her creative passion in all aspects of the design process from the moment the pen hits the paper to when the materials give the design character, form and texture.

  • Paris Dickins

    GRADUATE DESIGNER

    Design for Paris, is about creating designs that are meaningful, beautiful and unique so that these spaces can be used by people as a vessel for imagination and collaboration.

    Paris thrives on witnessing how spaces can evoke emotions, foster connections, and enhance experiences and this fuels her passion for design. Paris strives to create not just spaces, but immersive experiences that reflect the individuality of those who inhabit them.

We begin every new project with a hand sketch – an artisanal approach that delivers a nuanced design response to your initial concept. Through the process of drawing you’ll witness your ideas taking form and coming to life. While the first sketch might not define the final design, it is the genesis of something remarkable, enriched by connection, authenticity, and storytelling.

Throughout the design process we work with you to ensure every element of design is highly considered and beautifully resolved. We execute every project with passion and precision, leveraging creativity, speed and rigour to craft spaces that you will love more and more with every day.
